Previously it was identified that EE had two issues that needed to be resolved prior to compatibility with EE version 3. 

It now shows that Ellis Labs has remedied both of these bugs, and upon install of eebootstrap theme on EE 3.4.1 with Forum 3.1.21 we receive this error when attempting to edit the theme in the CP:

Any idea what needs to be done to remedy this?  Additionally, when we switch to the eebootstrap theme in the front end, it does not successfully switch.
